Job Description

Position Summary:
The Warehouseman is responsible for supporting efficient and timely delivery of raw materials to production areas by preparing, tracking, and handling materials with care and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for work orders using appropriate carts or pallets.
• Ensure materials are properly kitted before sending to production lines.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Handle all materials carefully during kitting and configuration to prevent damage.
• Follow all procedures and safety guidelines in the work area.
• Accurately complete system transactions in a timely manner.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, audit, and store materials in the correct locations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in using CyGNUS and SAP T (or other inventory/ERP systems)
• Strong communication skills and ability to change adaption
• Knowledge of system administration processes related to warehouse operations
• Certification of NOM-009-STPS (Preferred)
• Certification of NOM-006-STPS-2014 (Preferred)
