Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Analyze, visualize, and interpret data from Pharmacy Systems to provide business insights to pharmacy leaders. + Assist in evaluating proposals for data collection through an understanding of the pharmacy business and applications needs. + Assist in planning and implementing activities required for the collection and analysis of data related to pharmacy business needs. + Maintain data collection systems (e.g., databases and spreadsheets) by troubleshooting problems, providing user support and education, and promoting integration with other systems. + Develop and run queries; utilize data to support assigned business areas and organize them in a format for ease of review and use. + Understand business processes and how data is created in pharmacy software systems to provide insights to business leaders on how to improve patient access, satisfaction, and cost. + Conduct complicated and detailed analyses of data for pharmacy business functions. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** + Experience working with data from pharmacy systems or electronic health records. + Experience in data and analytics tools, such as SQL, Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, and Tableau. + Experience creating insights for business leaders. + 340B Knowledge such as 340B eligibility, TPA workflows, and split billing procedures. + Experience with pharmacy billing, pharmaceutical purchasing analysis, and opportunity identification. \#ADSI #LI-Remote #internalops **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
