Job Description

Woof Gang Prosper is looking for a retail sales associate to join our team in our Prosper location. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell Woof Gang’s products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
• Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system
• Coordinate grooming schedule
• Ownership of the retail products - understand retail products benefits and ensure retail area is clean and shelves are organized.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience selling retail products or services (experience with pet store is nice to have)
• Excellent ability to manage clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed retail sales goals
• Advanced skills in communicating and selling retail products
• Familiarity with PSO systems, Microsoft Office Suite (nice to have), and social media tools
