Project Manager who’s energized by tight timelines, bold ideas, and the thrill of seeing high-impact experiences come to life on the show floor. Based in our Las Vegas office, you’ll play a key role in producing custom-built properties for trade shows, events, and permanent environments — while collaborating across creative, production, and account teams to make it all happen.
What You’ll Do - Be the operational heartbeat of your projects, ensuring every detail is executed with excellence.
- Own the production schedule — managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal workflows with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with our Account Services team to ensure client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
- Identify issues before they escalate and keep projects moving smoothly through creative problem-solving.
- Support our Global Estimating process with accurate, timely inputs that drive strategic pricing and planning.
- Partner with Design to review finish selections, confirm material availability, and obtain timely approvals.
- Work with trusted vendors and subcontractors to source, schedule, and deliver components on time and on budget.
- Build and maintain workback schedules and implementation plans to keep your team aligned.
- Mentor and guide Project Coordinators — helping them grow and thrive under your leadership.
- Participate in post-show/project debriefs to constantly improve and evolve how we deliver.
What You Bring to the Table - A deep understanding of exhibit/trade show production with a knack for structural mechanics and CAD drawings.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in the exhibit/event industry or a similar field.
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills — you know how to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills — you’re polished, professional, and people love working with you.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to last-minute changes, and stay focused on the finish line.
- A collaborative spirit — you’re a true team player who believes the best ideas come from diverse minds working together.
- A passion for delivering memorable, strategic, and flawlessly executed experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry standards, show regulations, and production materials.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work extended hours when projects demand it.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
