Role: Power BI Developer with Healthcare
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)
Must haves:
SQL, Healthcare, ETL
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards to support LTSS operations and reporting needs.
Analyze and visualize authorization, claims, and assessment data to support Medicaid/Medicare programs.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Stand up new reporting solutions from scratch, including data modeling and report publishing.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and performance.
Communicate findings and updates via email and participate in occasional stakeholder meetings.
Document dashboard logic, data sources, and business rules for transparency and maintainability.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong portfolio of dashboards.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data.
Experience working with authorization data and healthcare datasets.
Ability to work independently in a technical, hands-on role.
Strong written communication skills; verbal communication required occasionally.
