Who You Are : You are an experienced and adaptable Practice Manager proficient in dental terminology, understanding procedures, scheduling, maintaining business systems and treatment coordination who partners well with fellow team members and doctors. You get to know the team and our patients by actively listening, reading non-verbal cues and adjusting your approach accordingly. You anticipate the needs of your administrative and clinical team members and harmonize daily operations to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

What You'll Do :

  • Call the team up to greatness everyday through coaching and mentoring on daily work, navigating challenges and achieving/exceeding practice productivity, engagement and retention goals.
  • Constantly survey clinic environment and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and then collaborate with team to execute on those improvements.
  • Partner with clinical operations to ensure clinic is fully compliant with state and federal health regulations and compliance programs.
  • Implement, execute and measure company programs including patient recall, case acceptance, schedule to goal and collections strategies.
  • Engage with all providers and staff to build and maintain a productive and efficient schedule to enhance patient care through an appropriate flow.
  • Develop and grow a partnership with the doctors to support the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Control expenses by meeting or exceeding goals set for personnel and supplies costs.
  • Support recruitment efforts, payroll administration, vendor management and oversee accounts receivable process.

What You'll Bring :

  • An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or office administration.
  • Three to five years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience with scheduling software systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid business acumen and emotional intelligence with experience in people management, budgeting, finances and business operations.
