We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our petroleum and transportation organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner to management, ensuring human resources processes align with business goals and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development tailored to the unique needs of this industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and workforce needs.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, particularly within the petroleum and transportation sectors.
- Administer benefit programs and provide guidance to employees on available options.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Collaborate with management to drive organizational development and strategic workforce planning.
- Conduct regular training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support corporate recruiting initiatives to attract high-quality talent across all levels.
Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now for HR operations and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to manage benefit functions and communicate options effectively.
- Experience in corporate recruiting and hiring processes.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
