This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for corporate roles across our expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for accounting, IT, legal, deeding, brand, etc.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in timeshare, hospitality, or corporate roles.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates through various channels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to attend career events or support hiring needs.
