The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is  $160K to $180K annually . The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.  

We are looking for full-time Controller

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years of prior experience as a Controller.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Home industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Cost Reporting is highly preferred.
• The controller must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills in accordance with GAAP
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct accounting software a plus.
