Key Responsibilities for CLE & Attorney Development Specialist (Global Law Firm)

• Support CLE compliance and training in alignment with New York State CLE requirements.
• Coordinate logistics for live and virtual attorney training programs, including materials, scheduling, and documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with partners and internal teams to execute impactful training initiatives.
• Manage CLE content on the firm’s Online CLE Center, including integration of recorded programs.
• Track and document attorney admissions, compliance, onboarding, and departures.
• Contribute to firm-wide professional development, well-being programs, and Summer Associate training.
• Communicate with attorneys on training, compliance, and development topics.
• Assist with various special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Requirements for CLE & Attorney Development Specialist (Global Law Firm)

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in a professional services environment (law firm preferred).
• Prior experience in large law firms or corporate settings strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent proofreading skills.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and time management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; professional discretion is a must.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
