Key Responsibilities:

• Batch cocktail components (syrups, infusions, premixes) following standardized recipes set by the Beverage Director for consistency and quality.
• Prep fresh ingredients (herbs, citrus, fruits) for batching, garnishing, and infusions.
• Measure accurately to maintain quality; adjust recipes under the Beverage Director’s guidance, working with the Beverage Director to test and refine new batch recipes..
• Label, date, and store all batches and ingredients properly to ensure freshness and compliance.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and other essentials to keep the bar ready for service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience bartending and/or batching craft cocktails preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail ingredients, flavors, and bar techniques for consistent, high-quality batches.
• Skilled in ingredient prep (chopping, juicing, infusing) and using bar tools (mixers, blenders, juicers).
• Detail-oriented with precise measuring, mixing, and labeling to follow recipes accurately.
• Organized with the ability to manage batches, stock ingredients, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Efficient time management to complete prep tasks before peak hours and keep the bar stocked.
• Strong communication for smooth teamwork.
• Required food and alcohol certifications.
