Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Technician with experience in fleet vehicle repairs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-volume setting and understands the importance of maintaining vehicles for corporate clients who expect excellence. ASE certifications are preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain them.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, structural repairs, and refinishing.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet fleet service deadlines.
  • Ensure repairs meet or exceed OEM and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, new repair technologies, and ASE certification requirements (if not already certified).
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of professional auto body repair experience (fleet repair experience strongly preferred).
  • ICar certifications or a strong willingness to obtain them.
  • Expertise in structural and non-structural repairs, refinishing, and OEM repair procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to professionalism.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
