Leading Miami-based union-side labor law firm, Phillips, Richard & Rind, PA., seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years’ experience to assist in the representation of labor unions.
Experience in grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and NLRB proceedings is preferred but not required.
Applicants must possess excellent writing, research, litigation, analytical, and advocacy skills and be interested in working for the labor movement. Florida Bar admission is required. Competitive salary and benefits.
