Job Description

Description
We're looking for talented entry-level designers / intern architects to join our team in multiple office locations with 0–3 years of experience and a professional degree in architecture (preferred).
Responsibilities
Design Support & Technical Assistance.
Assist in preparing drawings, presentations, and design layouts for small to moderately complex projects.
Support the design team with drafting and modeling tasks using firm-standard software tools.
Participate in early-stage design efforts including space planning, schematic design, and concept visualization.
Assist with preparing documents for SD, DD, and CD
Work closely with senior architects and project managers to support project goals.
Maintain awareness of applicable codes and regulations, incorporating guidance into project work
Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions as appropriate.
Demonstrate initiative in learning firm processes, technologies, and project delivery methods.
Assist with the CA phase
Produce 3D renderings to present the design to clients
Required Skills
Proficient in REVIT, 3D software, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite and MS Office
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
Excellent organizational and research skills
Self-motivated
