Job Description

Summary:

This position will require the performance of a variety of office activities. The successful candidate is comfortable working independently and can take the initiative to interpret and use guidelines, including unwritten office processes and practices. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Performs research via a variety of online tools

· Provide project management support

· Assists with the scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings

· Reviews, sorts, and/or files incoming mail, and deliveries

· Updates and maintains constant Contact

· Provide support to, and if required, attends company-hosted events

· Assists the Operations Manager with other administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

· Working knowledge of a computer, printer, and fax machine

· Proficient in the use of MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· Attention to detail

· Good verbal communication skills

· High School Diploma

· Experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator is a plus

· Must live in a HUBZone. To determine HUBZONE eligibility, access and enter your home office address

Rate: $15-$20 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Work Classification: Part-time (at least 10 hours per week)

Place of Performance: Onsite, Decatur, GA
